A deal is a deal everything is neatly confirmed by mail

Walked around Vila Arena, at the KeukenCoach you can walk around quietly without a salesman breathing down your neck when you just put your foot over the threshold. Fell in love with a beautiful Dekton countertop in the showroom.

Martin was the one we reached out to with some questions. The way Martin helped us was friendly and sincere, thought well with us and so he put our dream kitchen on paper. His knowledge and advice is nice, after all we don't buy a kitchen every year 😉 Meanwhile several people around us already recommended KitchenCoach, what a fine store! Then the communication is also super good and clear, appointment is appointment everything is neatly confirmed by email. They are easy to reach. Delivery is very neat.

Normen Bouhuis of assembly company Bouhuis installed our kitchen, very satisfied with him. He is truly a craftsman at heart. Quickly discovered a mistake made from the factory solved it quickly and flawlessly with kitchen coach. The same day the new cabinet was ordered. When the kitchen was installed we received a call from Martin asking if we were happy with the end result. All in all a top company where service is a high priority. Standards explaining your equipment and Martin contacting you afterwards to hear if everything was to your satisfaction.

We now have a kitchen entirely to our liking, which fits perfectly into the house

After a search through several kitchen stores where there was often an immediate "if you sign now you will get a free something" knife at the throat, finally came to Martin's table.

Our non-standard kitchen with an even less standard kitchen wish was well provided by Martin with additional advice, ideas and "don't do that". We now have a kitchen entirely to our liking, which fits perfectly into the house, with all the appliances we need, a beautiful top and neatly placed and finished. During installation we had good and honest consultations. The fitter is very precise, so everything is really perfectly in line, the drawers neatly straight and even the less perfect work of the plumber was corrected.

After installing the kitchen a neat delivery, explanation of the appliances and a technical master class on how to straighten a crooked hanging door or drawer yourself. As icing on the cake the kitchen was sealed and all the dirt (yes everything) was picked up a day later. To be honest, I had never heard of Kitchen Coach before, walked in by accident. But I would now recommend it to anyone!

"Happy with our new kitchen"

In picking out a new kitchen, Gino Soolsma helped very well. Also with regard to choosing the kitchen worktop, because this is a bit more difficult to see in its entirety. Fortunately, Gino pointed out to us that the previously chosen kitchen worktop would be a bit too heavy in appearance after all. Gino is thoughtful and very helpful. We are happy with our new kitchen.

"Well served"

After visiting many kitchen stores and not seeing the wood for the trees, we ended up at Kitchen Coach. We received a clear explanation and were calmly guided through all the options, separating the sense and nonsense, exactly what you need. The renovation of the house was delayed so the kitchen could not be installed on the planned date. Luckily KitchenCoach was flexible and a later date was arranged. The contact with Sevda from the planning department was very pleasant. The kitchen is now standing, thanks to mechanic Mo who is an absolute professional. Where two days were planned for the construction of the kitchen, he did it in one day. Not by rushing but by knowing exactly how it should be done and by continuing until 20:00. Buying a kitchen often goes wrong, as I understand from my surroundings. So it did with us. One of the cabinets was delivered without a front. No big drama but it needs to be fixed. Contact with Keukencoach was quick and the front will be delivered. I am confident that the front will be mounted soon. Mo was going to come back anyway for baseboards after the parquet was laid.

We are very satisfied with KeukenCoach, from design to installation! Martin gave fine advice, thinking along about the layout and look of our new kitchen, taking into account our wishes. The fitters from NMB Keuken Atelier then installed the kitchen quickly and neatly. Pleased with the result!

"Excellent service"

Excellent service from KeukenCoach Villa Arena. After several visits to other kitchen suppliers, the click with the consultant, among other things, and the way he guided us through the selection process, was finally the deciding factor to go with KeukenCoach. Finally the feeling that each step or option was our own choice, and not based on what the salesman liked or thought was beautiful. Meticulous, patient, open communication (including price!) and flexible in scheduling appointments. The beautiful show kitchens also provided plenty of inspiration and all our wishes were carefully discussed. We can't wait to see the kitchen in our newly built house 'in real life'. Over 1.5 years later, the kitchen is finally a reality! A few months before delivery, we went through everything at KeukenCoach, which was very pleasant and useful. When shortly before delivery it appeared that our worktops could not be delivered/installed at the same time as the kitchen, a good solution of temporary worktops was offered and a week later the kitchen was complete. The end result is exactly as hoped, beautiful!

KitchenCoach salesman advised us very well. The measuring and installation were also very quick and professional. Small corrections afterwards were also neatly and quickly resolved. All in all, a very good experience buying a kitchen from KeukenCoach!

A few weeks ago our kitchen was assembled. After several conversations with Ron in which he allowed us freedom in our wishes but also thought of solutions, we put together our kitchen. Ron was always ready to help us or answer questions afterwards. A very nice and knowledgeable man!

Our kitchen could not be assembled in one go due to the delay of some items. These ended up coming in much earlier than planned. A date for this finish was then scheduled very quickly so we could fully enjoy our kitchen. Both fitters were friendly, hardworking and accurate!
