Excellent guidance and personal advice
We visited our advisor Awinash from KeukenCoach again today, after measuring our kitchen, to finalize the purchase. The whole process was just like our first visit: professional, customer-oriented and attentive to our needs.
We had some changes of our own, and Awinash immediately thought with us. On his advice, we went to Dekker's, where we were able to see the kitchen countertops in large format. This made choosing the perfect color a lot easier, and in the end we decided to go for another color.
In addition, Awinash helped us make a practical choice by recommending a larger oven and microwave. We really appreciate his expertise and attention to detail!
Thanks to the excellent guidance and personal advice, we look forward to the final result with great confidence. We can absolutely recommend KeukenCoach and especially Awinash for anyone considering a new kitchen!

Time was made for us even though we had no appointment.
We were very well helped by Awinash in picking and putting together our new kitchen. Friendly and welcoming staff. We were warmly welcomed by Betul. Time was made for us even though we had no appointment. We got a good impression how the kitchen will look like with a 3D layout. They also thought along with our wishes and gave us good advice. A lot of choice!

We bought a wonderful kitchen. The oven did not function properly. This was neatly resolved by Betul. Today the brand new oven was installed. Really very happy with it. We definitely recommend KeukenCoach.

"Beautiful kitchen picked out"
We selected a beautiful kitchen at KeukenCoach Rotterdam and had it installed by contractor CEM Bouw. Although it was not a flawless process, it undoubtedly deserves 5 stars. About the sales process, we were wonderfully guided by Awinash. In this we were advised in our wishes, there was room to discuss alternatives and continue looking around without pressure. As promised, Awinash remained actively involved in the process to and during delivery and installation. During this process we could ask any questions we had. In the order there were 2 points that were incorrectly executed. Also for this we could neatly contact Awinash and KeukenCoach Rotterdam offered the right service to correct this. The communication was always correct and respectful, giving us the feeling that the complaint was taken seriously. The installation itself was perfectly executed by CEM Bouw. We will be able to enjoy our kitchen for years to come.

"Everything went smoothly."
We had a fantastic experience at Keukencoach in Rotterdam Alexandrium. Salesman Awinash helped us exceptionally well. "We are 100 percent satisfied so far."
We went on Saturday, May 18 to get inspiration for our new kitchen and had already walked into several stores and also out again, at the Keukencoach we saw the kitchen of our dreams but a bit pricey, but together with the incredibly friendly advisor where we even got noodles made by his wife at lunchtime, we made a beautiful kitchen for us, exactly as we envisioned it in our dreams, a modern kitchen in terms of appliances but also a rustic look, he went to extremes with the price and met us, the negotiation went great, we are so far 100 percent satisfied, now we just have to wait for him to come because he is on call because that too was no problem.
