Introduction
The following Privacy Statement applies to visitors' use of the KeukenCoach website. We respect the privacy of people who provide personal data to us. We will keep the personal data you provide secure and confidential. We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG), the Telecommunications Act and other privacy regulations.
In this privacy statement we inform you about the purposes for which we use your personal data. We will only process the obtained personal data for the purposes for which they were provided. Furthermore, we explain how we use your personal data and what retention periods we use.

What personal data do we process from you and for what purpose?
We process those personal data that we need for the provision of our services. In many cases, we then ask you for the following personal data: name, phone number and email address. On our website there is a contact form. There you can indicate that you want us to make an appointment with you. By using the contact form, you consent to us contacting you to make an appointment or to provide you with information specific to you.
We have a legitimate interest in keeping this data in order to reach you. We will retain this personal data until we are certain that your questions have been answered and then up to six months for any follow up calls.
We will not provide your personal data to third parties without your prior consent, unless required to do so by law or court order or in the event of any other vital interest on your part.
If you enter into an agreement with KeukenCoach, we will use your personal data to execute the agreement. We need this data to deliver the ordered items to you or to invoice you or directly grab your data when you call.
We keep this personal data until the agreement with you is executed and for up to 25 years thereafter for the purpose of any subsequent service and because the tax authorities expect us to do so. For quotations, we use a retention period of up to 5 years.

Third party websites
We also refer on our website to other websites (for example, those of suppliers). These may obtain your personal data. This privacy statement does not apply to them This also applies to the social media buttons on our website. These websites may have different privacy policies over which we have no control. You are solely responsible for clicking on these buttons and disclosing your data. If partners are located outside the European Economic Area, we ask your permission before they receive your personal data.

Sensitive information.
We will remove any special personal data (health, race, etc.), if possible, from inquiries, complaints or other matters.
We do not collect any special personal data unless we have your consent.

Google Analytics makes use of cookies. This is used to analyze how you use the KeukenCoach website. The cookie collects information about your use of the website and your IP address. This information is transferred to Google servers in the United States. Google uses the information to compile reports for KeukenCoach and to provide other services relating to the website and internet usage to KeukenCoach. Google only provides the information to third parties to the extent required by law. Google does not combine your IP address with iet with other data at their disposal.

Rights regarding personal data
If you have any questions or want to know what personal data we hold about you, you can always contact us. You have the following rights:
