The whole process, from consultation to installation, was excellent. Mustapha was very professional and knowledgeable. From beginning to end, I was well informed about all steps in the process

In December 2024, my new kitchen was delivered entirely as planned by Keukencoach. Really everything, but everything, went well. Great communication by Martin Honsbeek (advisor KeukenCoach) and received several useful tips. On the scheduled delivery date, the kitchen was smoothly transported by moving elevator to the second floor by very friendly delivery people. Meanwhile, Marcel Bach was also already on site to quickly and neatly dismantle the kitchen, which was removed while the new kitchen parts went upstairs. He then replaced several electrical outlets, among other things, and moved all the plumbing and installed a cooking group. Normen Bouhuis, who came to assemble the kitchen, faced quite a challenge: my 1905 house is quite crooked...... the floor slopes and the walls are not nicely square either... but this very experienced fitter really did a wonderful job. And in the evening I received an email from Marcel Bach to ask if everything went well with the installation. Finally, all the packing material was picked up the next day. So a very satisfied customer, from beginning to end I was well informed about all steps in the process, the aftercare and the possibilities and I am very happy with the end result!

Fantastic guidance

Fantastic assistance with our request to design a wheelchair-accessible kitchen for our new house. After an earlier quotation from a supplier of electrically adjustable high/low kitchens with which we were familiar, the costs were very high for us, and we went to KeukenCoach in Utrecht to see if there were any other options. We asked someone there if they could do anything for us. We were immediately welcomed with delicious coffee and a warm welcome by all colleagues there.

This resulted in a long conversation but also a first design to take home with all our wishes the same afternoon. I.v.m. many and special requirements due to disability this was quite a challenge but we succeeded beyond expectations. We went back several times in good consultation for small adjustments and were helped with everything that was needed for this.

Very much time and effort put into it by the people there. Serkan Can is our hero in this, especially very fine but also very professional cooperation, also with his colleague Noureddine in the background, who from time to time looked at the design, in the computer and even books, to get everything done the way we had in mind, but certainly also with all their applied experience what helped us.

Instead of an electrically adjustable high/low kitchen we will have a very luxurious, partly wheelchair accessible, fixed kitchen with high comfort, safety and also high quality of all materials used and built-in appliances.
For example Siemens dishwasher which has an integrated elevator system to work at height from a wheelchair and also Bora stove with recirculation exhaust in the wheelchair accessible worktop, just like the sink and even coffee corner between the equipment wall with separate fridge and separate freezer at height on both sides with internally adjustable drawers and shelves. Even luxury Siemens oven/microwave at the right working height with large computer display for easy operation from a standing but later also 100% seated position.

Everything came to an incredibly beautiful design that we never could have imagined would be possible. Still a high end price in the end but then it really is perfect! Looking forward to our new house, and certainly to the installation and future use of this fantastic kitchen.

Many thanks for everything so far, and as Serkan said to us from the beginning: buying a new kitchen should be a celebration. Well, it already is, with the thought that we may soon have such a beautiful and also very practical kitchen for many, many years.

Excellent guidance and personal advice

We visited our advisor Awinash from KeukenCoach again today, after measuring our kitchen, to finalize the purchase. The whole process was just like our first visit: professional, customer-oriented and attentive to our needs.

We had some changes of our own, and Awinash immediately thought with us. On his advice, we went to Dekker's, where we were able to see the kitchen countertops in large format. This made choosing the perfect color a lot easier, and in the end we decided to go for another color.

In addition, Awinash helped us make a practical choice by recommending a larger oven and microwave. We really appreciate his expertise and attention to detail!

The final result is beautiful

Very happy with the contact in between, where our questions were well answered and also the changes we still wanted to make (handles and equipment) were handled well. After signing our order, we felt a bit overwhelmed for a while, the financial advantage offered with immediate signing won us over while we actually would have preferred to think a little longer. But the final result is beautiful, and delivery and installation were carried out neatly and with attention.
