The crane that can do everything

The boiling water faucet has emerged as an indispensable tool in kitchens around the world! In addition to cold, hot and 100ยฐC boiling water, the Quooker faucet also provides chilled and sparkling water. Enjoy the ultimate convenience of instant boiling water from the tap.

Quooker is a family business, built on enthusiasm and entrepreneurship. The pride in Henri Peteri, father of Quooker directors Niels and Walter Peteri and also inventor of the boiling water faucet, can still be felt in the company. When Niels went to work for his father after his studies, the very first Quooker was introduced: the Quooker Basic. With the entry of son Walter, they began to steadily gain ground in the market. From 2000 the faucet became a hit in the Netherlands and in 2004 the first shipment of Quookers was exported abroad.

How does it work?

A Quooker system consists of two parts: a faucet on the countertop and at least one reservoir for 100ยฐC boiling water under the countertop. The reservoir is as well insulated as a thermos; the heat has nowhere to go. As a result, very little energy (10 watts) is needed to keep the water in the reservoir at temperature. Quooker offers 3 different reservoirs, namely the PRO3, COMBI and COMBI+. The reservoirs can be combined with the faucet of your choice, anything is possible. The reservoir is connected to the water supply, so when you tap water from the faucet, fresh water immediately flows into the reservoir under the sink.

The benefits of a Quooker

When you list all the benefits of the Quooker, the choice is easy. Why is a Quooker really an addition to your kitchen? The drinking water is optimally cleaned by a carbon filter and a hollow fiber filter, you use less energy than with a kettle, you never have to buy water in plastic bottles again, safety measures have been taken, the faucet brings ultimate convenience and is water, space and time-saving.

A sustainable choice

With the Quooker faucet, you use significantly less water and energy. When you draw water from your Quooker faucet, you tap the exact amount you need. This is in contrast to a kettle, where you often boil more water than you need. It also happens that you forget to pour the water into the kettle, then have to bring it to a boil again later. A waste of energy! The COMBI reservoir has energy label A, which means the reservoir delivers both boiling and hot water. Never run water unnecessarily again, as the hot water is readily available.
