About KitchenCoach

KeukenCoach is the result of more than 20 years of experience in the industry. Brothers Jaap and Roel Oostra opened the first KeukenCoach store in Villa Arena in December 2020. This was shortly followed by the opening of the first franchise store in Amersfoort and the second concept store KeukenCoach Rotterdam. Jaap and Roel also own I-KOOK Keukens, which was founded in 2001 and now has 28 branches throughout the country.

KeukenCoach is a completely new concept, aimed at the customer who knows well what he has in mind and wants to be advised by an expert with far-reaching expert knowledge. A customer who wants to have the "heart of the home" enchanted. The KeukenCoach concept brings the top level of service to the middle segment of the kitchen market. The perfect kitchen, without concessions and the quality of A-brands. In the coming years, we want to roll out the KeukenCoach concept further with the opening of new branches at A-locations throughout the Netherlands.

Your Role as a Franchisee

As a franchisee of KitchenCoach, you are directly involved in the development of the concept and have a great influence on the success of our young brand. Therefore, a perfect match with our people and our brand is very important. Craftsmanship is paramount at KeukenCoach and this is also what we look for in entrepreneurs:

You have reasonable knowledge of mid- and high-end kitchens
You understand what good service means, what the customer expects and how to exceed this
You have the leadership and coaching qualities to motivate and enable your team to perform optimally
You believe in a long-term vision

To become an entrepreneur at KeukenCoach, you don't necessarily need to have experience with kitchens. However, it is important that you gather a lot of knowledge before you take the final step. The organization is going to provide you with tailored support for this, for example through coaching and by facilitating an internship period.

With us, the person is central. We want to empower entrepreneurs and not force them into a straitjacket. That's why we don't have a set in stone process for opening a franchise store, but together with race entrepreneurs Jaap and Roel you form a team that builds a solid plan, in which your qualities can be utilized to the maximum.

Financing your store

As a franchisee, you are expected to have a basis for investment. Depending on the size and location of the store, the investment amount may vary. KitchenCoach will properly support and guide you in this. We will help finance the store and put you in touch with various lending institutions. We are able, according to the need, to generate customized solutions.

As a business owner, you don't want to be busy with the day-to-day operations, you want to be able to focus on growth. All KeukenCoach stores are supported by the service office, where our people take a lot out of your hands. So you are completely taken care of when it comes to:

Processing and handling orders
Marketing activities, both nationally and locally
Training and education through the KitchenCoach Academy

In addition, we offer a fully equipped store according to the KeukenCoach corporate identity. Of course, as an entrepreneur, you also have a finger in the pie when it comes to the above points, but you can always rely on the solid foundation that has been laid over the past few years and spend your precious time running the store.
